Day 1: Boothbay Harbor

Our Maine adventure brings us to one of the most picturesque harbors…Boothbay!

Upon arrival, we check into our hotel, the Boothbay Harbor Inn overlooking the Harbor. This ideal location is right next to the famous footbridge with easy access to downtown Boothbay with its many shops and restaurants. This evening we will take our seats for a fun-filled musical performance at the Carousel Dinner Theater.

“That ’80s Show” follows a group of high school seniors who, despite their different personalities and social circles, find themselves working together on the prom committee. Featuring an iconic soundtrack of ‘80s music, the story captures the spirit, style, and nostalgia of the decade. It is an evening of fun and laughter with professional actors from around the world. (Dinner show included)

Day 2: Audubon Puffin Cruise – Lobster Bake

After breakfast we board our Cap’n Fish’s Audubon Puffin Cruise.

See firsthand the National Audubon Society’s success in reestablishing a puffin colony on Eastern Egg Rock. Truly a magnificent “Seafari” for all nature lovers with seals, blue heron, an occasional whale, and other coastal wildlife along the way. We also pass by 3 lighthouses, see many islands, Fisherman’s Island, Ocean Point, Spruce Point, Tumbler Island, White Islands, and much more!

Returning to land early afternoon there will be time to enjoy downtown Boothbay with its many shops, galleries and eateries. This evening an authentic lobster bake is included at the hotel.

Day 3: Kennebunkport - Home

After breakfast we head south to the charming seaside town of Kennebunkport. On our guided tour, we will drive past sandy beaches, Maine’s rocky coastline, and the George Bush estate on Walker’s Point. Learn about the area's shipbuilding history and the legend of the Wedding Cake House. Returning to downtown Kennebunkport there will be time for lunch and shopping in this charming town.

Midafternoon we travel home with wonderful memories of our Boothbay Harbor getaway (Breakfast included)
