Finger Lakes

Day 1: Home--Geneva, New York

Our travels through New York State take us to Geneva, New York, located in the lush Finger Lakes Wine Country. Our first winery stop will be Zugibe Vineyards known for its exquisite wines and stunning backdrop overlooking Seneca Lake. Next, we settle into our comfortable hotel for the next two nights, the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Geneva, New York. Dinner this evening is included at F2T Kitchen offering excellent cuisine and views overlooking Seneca Lake.

Day 2:

Seneca Wine Trail & Sunset Dinner Cruise After breakfast our local guide joins us providing a tour of the amazing history of Geneva and the Seneca Wine Trail. This charming picturesque small town offers deep roots into the history of wine making, industry and farming. After time for lunch in Geneva, we visit the award-winning Ventosa Vineyards & Winery. Enjoy a sampling of 5 wines in their Tuscan-inspired tasting room. The views of Seneca Lake from the winery’s veranda are breathtaking. We head to Watkin’s Glen at the southern end of the Seneca Wine Trail. Get ready to set sail on Seneca Lake on board the Seneca Legacy, Captain Bill’s beautiful dining ship. An evening of exquisite dining, entertainment and natural beauty awaits us on our unforgettable sunset cruise!

Day 3: Corning Glass Museum

Following breakfast, we head home but not before we visit the popular Corning Glass Museum in Corning, New York. This outstanding museum showcases the incredible history, art and science of glass making. With over 50,000 pieces of art from around the world, some dated over 3,500 years ago, it is the world’s largest collection of glass objects! We return home with fond memories of the beautiful Finger Lakes Wine Country of New York.
