Day 1:

Home – Fredericksburg, Virgnia

Welcome aboard as we head for Myrtle Beach. We arrive at our hotel for the

evening, the Comfort Inn & Suites in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia. **

Day 2:

Myrtle Beach – Pirates Voyage

After breakfast we’ll continue south through the Carolinas to Myrtle Beach.

Our hotel for four nights, the Ocean Reef Resort, will include balcony ocean

front balcony rooms! Located on a sixty-mile stretch of beach, your resort

features amenities such as incredible indoor/outdoor water complex and

stunning views of the ocean.

This evening we head to the high-spirited Pirates Voyage Dinner Theater.

As we feast on a delicious 4-course meal we’ll be entertained as crews battle

on land, on deck, in water and high above full sized pirate ships in a 15-foot-

deep indoor hideaway lagoon. It will be a fun-filled evening of great food and

entertainment. (Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 3:

Brookgreen Gardens- Alabama Theater

Following breakfast we head to the jewel of South Carolina’s coast,

Brookgreen Gardens which contains the largest and most comprehensive

collection of American figurative sculpture in the country, displayed in a

stunning garden setting. Following lunch we return to our hotel with free time

to enjoy our ideal beachfront resort.

Dinner is included at the world-famous Benjamin’s Calabash featuring over

170 items of the finest seafood and Low country cuisine found anywhere!

Afterwards we take our seat at the Alabama Theater for the 5-star award

winning performance of ICONIC. Unforgettable melodies, comedy, chart-

topping Country hits, timeless Classic Rock anthems, Broadway classics,

and powerful Pop ballads are part of this exciting show.

Day 4:

Charleston, SC side trip –Crab House

After breakfast, we make our way to Charleston, the charmed capital of the

South with its stately homes of the 18th and 19thcenturies, lovely gardens and

magnificent public buildings.

Our expert guide will enchant us with interesting history and lively stories as

we see landmarks from the Revolutionary War and more.

After lunch there is time to explore the Old City Market, a public market for

over two hundred years and the City’s most visited attraction. Here you can

witness women practicing the generations old craft of making sweetgrass

baskets.

Dinner is included this evening at the popular Shem’s Crab House* for a

delicious southern meal. (Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 5:

Barefoot Queen Cruise – Chesapeake House – Carolina Opry

After breakfast we board the Barefoot Queen Cruise for an exciting 1.5 hour

cruise down the Intracoastal Waterway on a 70 ft authentic wooden riverboat.

Returning to Barefoot Landing there will be time for lunch and to explore over

100 specialty shops and restaurants.

This evening dinner is included at the popular Chesapeake House* before

heading to the award-winning Carolina Opry. Another great evening of

entertainment is in store for you. (Breakfast and dinner included)

Day 6:

Fredericksburg, Virginia

After breakfast, we depart for Fredericksburg for our overnight stay at the

Comfort Inn & Suites in historic Fredericksburg, Virginia. ** (Breakfast included)

Day 7:

Home

After breakfast we continue home with fond memories of our Southern vacation. (Breakfast included)
